Ser cigano em Portugal

Os progressos nas condições de vida da comunidade cigana têm sido lentos e insuficientes e é imperativo que as medidas propostas na Estratégia Nacional para a Integração das Comunidades Ciganas sejam efetivamente concretizadas.
