Falava da sua finitude com uma desafetação desconcertante. “Viciado em viagens”, parecia encarar a morte como apenas mais uma fronteira. Do lado de lá estaria outra esperança, outro desenvolvimento, o continente eterno do amor que não lograra encontrar em África.
