Testemunho de Sílvia Cid, directora técnica de farmácia. “Não conseguimos despachar a fila de utentes antes das 20h. Depois, é preciso ficar até às 22h para tudo o resto: encomendas diárias de medicamentos, avaliar os stocks e reforçá-los e, muitas vezes, tratar as encomendas feitas por telefone ou e-mail, fazer entregas ao domicílio.”
