Carlos Moedas propôs que a Câmara Municipal de Lisboa continuasse a
entregar terrenos seus à SGAL por mais sete anos, a um preço de 334
euros por metro quadrado — quando o valor médio no Lumiar é de 4400
euros por metro quadrado. Um excelente negócio… mas não para Lisboa. A
esquerda chumbou essa proposta.
