Santos Silva,
o pai tirano?

A ideia de que uma pessoa de 16 anos deve ser tratada como cidadã pelo fisco, pelo patrão e pelas forças armadas, mas que não o seja aos olhos da democracia é, essa sim, de um insuportável paternalismo.
